41 yo mom. Started running in October 2011. I thought that if I could run all winter outside, I could accomplish anything. And I did. I ran in the snow, ice, rain, cold, very cold, freezing and freezing weather! And still do, all year long! And I still love every minute of it.I know run between 4 and 12 miles daily, go to the gym every other day for weight training, ran my first Spartan Sprint in May 2013, ran my first 5k in 30 minutes back in March, did my first Half in October 2013. I am a quote lover, and you'll see A LOT of those in here! That's what keeps me motivated day after day.
